A place called home

Builder and Developer Roger Knight was the original visionary that got things set in motion for this complex which to this day remains one of the most beautiful and family oriented properties in all of Grand County. Knight worked with local realtors Randy Day and Tom Shellenberger who maned the front desk at the entrance to the project and greeted people who wanted to come and look at what was going on. The area was a hay field prior to the development and the City wisely insisted on a whole lot of green space which we all love and cherish and it remains one of the best parts of living here. A big huge green back yard for picnics, sunbathing, kids games and all sorts of enjoyment. Those of us who live here are proud of the beauty of our special place that we all call home.
