Please remember as you drive around our complex that we have many young children who both live here and who visit here.

They are playing, riding bikes and scooters, playing on the lawn areas, and running to the pool. Especially during these summer months, we all need to be extra careful and look out for them.

If and when you have visitors, please remind them to be careful of our children and to drive slowly in the complex.

One other reminder, as you leave the complex, watch out for pedestrians and bike riders on the sidewalk as you leave. As you all know, 400 East and Millcreek is a very busy intersection, especially in the summer/tourist months.
