We are so excited to finally bring our Millcreek Pueblo Website to life!

We have been working on the website for months and feel it is going to be a big step forward for communication and information for our MCP Community!!

The homepage is viewable to anyone who navigates to the site. Some of the communications are member only and some are viewable to the general public.

The main page includes a Realtor/ Homebuyer section that allows realtors to access the documents needed for listing a unit and for homebuyers to access documents for a mortgage closing.

There is a member page that you must sign into to view. Homeowners have been emailed a generic password to use to login for the first time. We recommend that once you have logged in, you should change your password.

The member page will allow homeowners to view HOA Board meeting minutes, HOA policies and rules. Projects being done and planned around the complex are all listed and will be updated as they progress.

Contact information for the current HOA Board members is listed as well.

Take some time to navigate through the documents and information. If you would like to have something added, please let one of the board members know.
